THIS IS YOUR LIFE - Bob Oatway, scrap merchant, was surprised by Eamonn Andrews at his junkyard in Shepherd's Bush, London.

Bob established the Children’s Friendship League, a charity for underprivileged children. He purchased the Turrets Hotel in Deal as a holiday centre for such children and their families.

Through his charity work he became known as the ‘Santa Claus of Shepherd's Bush’.
