THIS IS YOUR LIFE - Franklin Day, teenager, was surprised by Eamonn Andrews on the stage of the BBC Television Theatre.

Franklin, an 18 year old from Grays in Essex, was left him temporarily blind and paralysed after an accident which involved him being thrown from a Big Wheel in Southend. He underwent treatment at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
