THIS IS YOUR LIFE - Michael Denison and Dulcie Gray, actors, were surprised by Michael Aspel during a reunion party for the cast of the BBC television drama series Howards Way on board the Sir Thomas More motorboat at Teddington Lock.

The couple met while studying at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art, and they married in 1939. They appeared together in several films during the 1940s and 1950s, including My Brother Jonathan, Angels One Five and The Glass Mountain.

Their intertwined professional lives continued through the decades with more than 100 West End and touring theatrical productions.

Michael Denison and Dulcie Gray were subjects of This Is Your Life on two occasions – previously surprised by Eamonn Andrews - Michael in January 1977 at the Inn on the Park in London's Park Lane, and Dulcie in March 1973 at the Richmond Theatre.
